In a surprising move a home appliance brand has entered the high performance electric vehicle market. Dreame Technology known for its robot vacuums hair dryers and other smart home products unveiled its first electric supercar at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. Named the Kosmera Nebula 1 the car boasts an incredible 1876 horsepower and can accelerate from zero to one hundred kilometers per hour in about 1.8 seconds.
The Nebula 1 marks a dramatic shift for Dreame as it ventures from household electronics into extreme performance vehicles. The car features a four door low slung design active aerodynamics and a powertrain with four electric motors delivering unprecedented speed and handling. At CES 2026 the supercar attracted significant attention as an unexpected entry among traditional automotive brands.
Dreame plans to begin production of the Kosmera Nebula 1 in 2027 with a dedicated manufacturing facility in Europe to support its automotive ambitions. This move reflects a growing trend of technology companies expanding into the electric vehicle space and challenging conventional automakers.
