British rider Tarran Mackenzie will compete in the full 2026 MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship season with MGM Optical Express Racing. This marks his first complete season with the team after joining them midway through the 2025 campaign. Mackenzie will ride the Ducati Panigale V4R and aims to build on his strong performances from the end of last season.
MGM Optical Express Racing secured a title sponsorship with Optical Express which has allowed them to enter the full 2026 championship under their new banner. Team principal Michael Galinski expressed confidence in Mackenzie's ability to deliver consistent results and highlighted the team's ambition to progress steadily throughout the season.
Mackenzie, also known as Taz, said he is excited about the partnership and feels well-prepared for the upcoming season.
