Mahindra’s flagship SUV, the XUV700, is preparing for a major update and the latest leaked images have created huge excitement. The current model is already known for its strong features, but the upcoming facelift looks set to raise the standards even further. The leaked interior images reveal a cabin that is far more premium and technology driven, taking clear inspiration from Mahindra’s newest electric vehicle lineup.
One of the biggest highlights is the new triple screen dashboard which includes a fully digital instrument cluster, a refreshed central infotainment display, and for the first time in its segment a dedicated screen for the co passenger. This setup resembles the advanced layout seen in the XEV 9e and signals Mahindra’s shift toward a more futuristic design language. The redesigned two spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Twin Peaks logo and capacitive buttons adds to the modern feel while the use of dual tone leatherette materials and soft touch elements across the dashboard enhances the overall luxury.
Comfort and convenience features are also receiving a strong upgrade. Leaks point to ventilated seats, an auto dimming interior mirror, a powered co passenger seat, wireless charging pads for devices, and multi colour ambient lighting. Mahindra is also likely replacing the existing Sony audio system with a high end Harman Kardon setup which may include up to sixteen speakers for an enhanced in cabin experience. In terms of safety, the facelift is expected to offer Level 2 ADAS, a 360 degree camera, seven airbags, and digital key functionality.
Based on what has been revealed so far, the Mahindra XUV700 Facelift is shaping up to be significantly more advanced and refined. With improved technology, richer interior materials, and thoughtful comfort features, the updated XUV700 aims to solidify its reputation as one of the most premium and feature loaded SUVs in its class. Mahindra is yet to officially unveil the facelift, but the anticipation among enthusiasts continues to rise.
